This Privacy Policy explains how FiveMesh, powered by sCloud ("we", "us" or "our"), handles personal data when you use the FiveMesh website, dashboard, APIs and infrastructure services.

We follow a minimal data approach. We collect and process only the information needed to provide, secure, support and improve FiveMesh services for FiveM infrastructure, including CDN, Cache and related platform features.

Personal Data We Collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication provider identifiers and password credentials where applicable.
• Organization and team information, such as workspace names, member roles, invitations and permissions.
• Service configuration data, such as domains, buckets, server settings, cache rules, API keys and related operational settings.
• Content and files you upload, store, cache or deliver through FiveMesh services.
• Operational logs and metadata needed to run the platform, investigate incidents, measure usage, prevent abuse and protect service reliability.
• Billing and subscription information processed directly by Polar as our Merchant of Record, including invoices, receipts, payment status and tax handling where applicable.
• Support communications and administrative records when you contact us or request assistance.

How We Use Personal Data

• To create, authenticate and manage user accounts and organizations.
• To operate CDN, Cache, storage, dashboard, API and related FiveMesh services.
• To process configuration changes, uploads, purges, cache operations and service requests.

Payments and Polar

FiveMesh uses Polar as payments platform and Merchant of Record. Polar may process payment details, invoices, receipts, tax information, refunds, chargebacks and related billing records according to its own terms and privacy practices.

FiveMesh receives billing status and subscription information needed to provide access to paid services, but we do not store full payment card details.

Service Providers and Infrastructure

We may use trusted service providers to host infrastructure, process payments, secure accounts, send service communications, store operational data, monitor reliability and provide support.

These providers may process data only as needed to deliver their services to FiveMesh and are expected to protect data using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
